Prenatal Visit
Think of this as your personal breastfeeding class. Get tailored tips and tricks for your lifestyle. This 60 minute visit will get you prepared for breastfeeding and your baby before they come. We will go over newborn feeding and basic first aid and safety. Free car seat check included.

Virtual Prenatal Visit
If you don’t have time for a full visit, or this isn’t your first rodeo but you want to be better prepared for breastfeeding, this visit might be for you. We will spend 30 minutes going over all of your questions and concerns.

Postpartum Visit
I recommend a postpartum visit for everyone. This visit can evaluate how breastfeeding is going once baby arrives, and troubleshoot any problems you may be having. This visit is best scheduled in the first 14 days postpartum, but the first 7 days are preferred. This visit usually lasts 60-90 minutes. Virtual options are available for a quick check-in.

Back to Work Visit
This 30 minute visit will go over pumping basics, your right to express milk at work, and bottle education. Text support for your first two weeks back at work is also included.

Flange Fitting Visit
This visit will evaluate your flange size and comes with a complimentary flange insert kit.

Text Support
Sometimes all you need is an answer to a quick question, but nobody is awake or responding fast enough. I provide text support via the Signal App for a month. Since all of your questions may not be able to be answered by text, I may need to refer you for an in-person or virtual visit. Discount is offered if a prenatal visit was completed with me.

MN has a breastfeeding friendly recognition program for workplaces, daycares, birth centers, and health departments. If you want help getting this designation, making your site more breastfeeding friendly, or just want to provide breastfeeding education at your next training, contact me here.

I believe everyone should have access to quality lactation care. Prices are not listed as I aim to take insurance first, and offer a sliding fee scale for all cash pay clients.
